Dear Marie,
Jim and I wanted to share our selling and buying experience with you so that you could share this with potential clients. Late last year, we realized that we needed a bigger home. We had a very specific area we wanted to relocate to for many reasons and a specific layout that we felt would be best suited for our family. We started searching online and came across a home that interested us. You were the listing agent, of which we are so grateful because that initial phone call to you was the start of an almost effortless process on our part to sell our current home and purchase a new one. The original home did not turn out to be right for us however you understood completely what we were looking for and understood completely what we needed to do in order to expedite the sale of our current home. You got straight to work on getting our current home listed and sold, and at identifying many homes that met our requirements in the new area. It almost seemed to us as if you dedicated yourself solely to us for those few weeks that we worked with you, you were never more than a phone call away and we never had to wait for an answer or a suggestion. Not only did we have a good offer on our current home within weeks, but you helped us to identify the perfect new home within days after we accepted that offer, helped us to negotiate a fair purchase price, put us in touch with a financer that was very professional and fair, and coordinated the separate closings to work out perfectly for all involved in regards to moving and renovations.
When things became difficult with our insurance provider regarding their new inspection requirement, you got us in touch with a person who was professional and helpful, not to mention the owner of the company!. You were able to arrange all of this within 2 days which in past experiences usually took weeks to complete. This allowed us to quickly relax so we could again concentrate on our moving and renovation tasks ahead. This was just another way that you were instrumental in making our purchasing experience an extremely positive one.

amazed at you, you seem to personally know and have a great relationship with a person/company for any service a homeowner could possible need. Each and every contact that we have used under your recommendation has provided excellent service. Not many days go by that Jim or I do not look around our new home and say how much we love it. We are not planning on moving again for quite awhile, however, if you are still doing what it is that you do, we do not need to hunt for an agent.

Every homeowner has a story about how they bought their house, not to seem too out of the ordinary, we suppose we should tell ours.
For quite some time, we had been looking for a house we could call our own, and during this searching period we had become acquainted with many homeowners as well as real estate agents, most of which I did not grow to fond of; some were aggressive, some indifferent, and others were simply hasty. Most of the time, any helpful information was nowhere to be found, and the usual answers to our questions were “I don’t know”.
One day, while looking houses up on the internet, I came upon a house that had caught my attention, so I decided to look up an agent: I went on the KellerWilliamsWebsite and found Marie’s phone number. Dialing this phone number changed my life dramatically.
When we met with Marie, we saw that she had a unique ability to make all the searching and buying processes very easy, in fact almost fun. Marie’s character was highly professional and she meticulously handled every detail and managed every aspect of our transaction with care and respect for our time.
Personally, Marie is a very energetic, unique, and inspiring individual. She provided a very pleasant experience for us while buying our very first house and we also made a very good family friend in the process.

We decided to purchase a home during the fall of2005. Because of High School boundaries and other considerations we gave Marie a very limited geography in which we would consider purchasing. She went to work. Anytime a home would come available in the area she would pre-screen it based on our desires, then email us information and if we wanted to see it in person she would arrange for a viewing. This happened multiple times. After working her hard for several weeks we found a home that we loved. An offer was negotiated with Maries' help and also with her assistance we set up a home inspection. Imagine our disappointment when a couple of unseen issues existed that changed our mind about purchasing the home. Marie was unfazed and immediately lifted our spirits again with her enthusiasm and commitment to work even harder at frnding another home. She did within days and as it has turned out we are thrilled with our new home. We felt that Marie understood our wants and desires by really listening to us and then working so very hard. Dear Laura,
I have started this letter several times since the closing of my home in November. Each time I find it extremely hard to find the right words that would express what a phenomenal job Marie Junker did for my mother and me. I had a somewhat unique situation in that my mother had to sell her house first, sell my home second and as it sold, find a home that fit our needs and schedule the closings that wouldn’t leave us looking for a rental to fill in a gap. For me this was a true challenge. But with Marie as our realtor, I soon found a huge weight lifted from my shoulders. I had complete confidence in Marie’s abilities.
The words that best describe Marie Junker are professional, knowledgeable, well-organized, thorough, dedicated and honest. I knew this from the first meeting. I had originally started looking into the market for a new home in May of 2005 by driving around the areas I wanted to live in and calling agents listed on the “For Sale” signs. Marie was the third call I made and I remember writing her name and number on a scratch sheet of paper because she was so helpful and took the time to answer my questions. I put everything on hold for a couple of months and in July was approached with the idea of a “For Sale Buy Owner” scheme with a mortgage broker. The commission would have been a savings, but I was skeptical with the plan. New to the idea I gave the broker a chance, just to see. I met with Marie for a second opinion. I am very thankful that I kept that scratch paper and called her. In my opinion, the savings with “Buy Owner”, do not out way the service you receive when using a licensed realtor. Not only did Marie give my mom and me more service for the dollar she also honored my local credit unions realtor service by lowering her commission percentage to meet theirs.
My mom and I found out very quickly that Marie was true to her word. Not only was the process painless, Marie found us the right home for the right price and in the neighborhood we liked. My mom’s house sold within 24 hours of hitting the MLS listing, my home sold before it hit the MLS listing and over the asking price plus we were able to rent from the new owner for a month prior to the closing of our new home. There is no way we could have accomplished it all without the expertise of Marie Junker. There were no hidden surprises, everything went as scheduled and we are very happy in our new home.
I wish there was an award we could nominate Marie Junker for. She is one of a kind. You are quite fortunate to have her on the Keller Williams team. From now on, Marie will be the realtor I call first. I strongly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

We interviewed several realtors before deciding to go with Marie Junker. A big concern of ours was the percentage of commission being made by the realtor. Marie is a good example of you pay for what you get. She worked for us;she was there to get the job done while respecting our needs as a family still living in the home while it was being sold. This is an 'unsolicited' letter of thanks and commendation which I feel compelled to write regarding the 'sales experience' I recently received in using Keller Williams Realty to represent me in the sale of my home.
Initially I had considered selling my home myself. However, prior to making that decision, I interviewed 4 Realtors in the Brandon area to get a comfort level and their input. After meeting with Marie Junker, of Keller Williams Realty, I decided to enlist her as my selling agent in-lieu of selling privately.

My husband and I recently relocated to the Tampa area from Houston, TX. We put our Houston house on the market and found Marie Junker through an internet referral service. We didn't know her and couldn't meet her right away, so we were a little concerned about whether our choice of agent was going to work out alright. Our first indication that she was the right choice was her consistent communication with us and her attention to our situation.
